Hi, I'm Jess
Your online Health & Confidence Coach. I’ve been in the health & fitness industry for 8+ years, have multiple qualifications in Personal Training, Nutrition and Life Coaching, have attended workshops in related areas and been guided by my own mentors and coaches.
What’s even more relevant to why I do what I do is my life experiences and the challenges I’ve been through and overcome personally. These have really contributed to the foundations of my work.
I know what it’s like to feel tired and burnt out, to plateau in my training and fat loss goals and to continuously doubt myself and my abilities even outside the gym…all because I was so worried about what others thought of me and I didn’t have the best strategy for my body, goals and lifestyle.
So, with this knowledge and experience I dedicate my work to include both the practical strategy AND the emotional support. This way, ladies going through similar challenges can create their healthiest and most confident self in a simpler and quicker way so that they can confidently step into their full potential and create a life they abso-frikn-lutely LOVE living!
