This could be you every week with the gals as you either watch the sunrise or set as you make your way around the planned route exploring the streets, trails or waterfronts of Nelson.
This is your opportunity to have some gal pals to keep you accountable with your fitness journey, learn tips on how to improve your running and feel safe to run during the darker months.
WHAT YOU'LL GAIN FROM THIS CLUB
✨ The opportunity to join in on 2x run sessions per week with the option of a morning and/or an evening session.
✨ Structured sessions and planned routes ranging from 30-45mins (we'll assess everyone's fitness levels and tailor).
✨ Accountability - we'll know if you're not there ;)
✨ Adhoc Saturday morning sessions with coffee and chats afterward. (and water for hydrating of course!).
✨ Discounted rates on running programs and coaching.
✨ Organised groups for local/district running events.
✨ Access to our What's App group to keep in the loop with routes, times and updates.
WHO IS THIS FOR?
💃Ladies who are new to Nelson and/or want to get out more and meet some new gal pals with similar interests.
💃Ladies who want to shake up their current running regime and stay accountable (and maybe a little more motivated) during the colder months.
💃Ladies who want to feel safe while running around Nelson during the darker mornings/evenings.
💃Ladies who like running. All levels are welcome.

Your Coach...
Hi, I'm Jess
Your online Health & Confidence Coach. I’ve been in the health & fitness industry for 8+ years, have multiple qualifications in Personal Training, Nutrition and Life Coaching, have attended workshops in related areas and been guided by my own mentors and coaches.
What’s even more relevant to why I do what I do is my life experiences and the challenges I’ve been through and overcome personally. These have really contributed to the foundations of my work.
When it comes to running, I used to use it as a way to burn more calories and lose body fat rather than to increase my overall fitness. Until I started experiencing it in another way when I was convinced to do my first Half-Ironman.
Through this journey I realised how beneficial running was to my life...not just with my body goals but for my mental health and my confidence levels. After completing that Half-Ironman and realising how capable I was, I started challenging myself with other events such as half marathons, trail runs and obstacle races.
Now, I want to share my knowledge and create a space where ladies can experience these incredible benefits, be supported and see what they're capable of too!

INVESTMENT
First 2 weeks are complimentary! Come trial us and get a feel for the sessions and gals involved.
Then, if you're loving it just as much as we are, come join us for $29.
You have access to all sessions for the season.
There is a $5 casual option for those who cannot commit to weekly sessions but still want to get in on the chats & endorphins!
